Foo Fighters Guitarist Attended Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ Before Dave Grohl’s Live Comment

In a recent turn of events, before Foo Fighters' frontman Dave Grohl made a comment about playing “live,” the band's guitarist, Pat Smear, was spotted at popstar Taylor Swift’s concert at Wembley Stadium. This became a point of interest after Grohl’s remark.

Pat Smear, also known for his work with Nirvana and The Germs, was identified in photos taken during Swift's star-studded concert series. He featured in a selfie shared by actress Salma Hayek on Instagram, which excited both Swifties and Foo Fighters fans alike.

The photos resurfaced amidst controversy over Grohl's comment at their own show the next night. Amidst some backlash, it appeared that Grohl’s comment was more playful than malicious.

Grohl has previously praised Taylor Swift and shared stories about her music. However, his daughter Violet has faced criticism from Swift fans for commenting on Taylor’s private jet use.

In response to Grohl's comment, Swift seemed to address the issue during her own performance stating,"My band... they deserve this so much...and you just gave that to us so generously."
