The probe into the untimely demise of Matthew Perry is nearing its conclusion, with significant developments expected soon.

Authorities are reportedly investigating several individuals who could be charged in relation to Perry's death last October. The beloved Friends actor was found dead in his hot tub, and ketamine was present in his system, sparking a thorough inquiry by law enforcement agencies.

The joint investigation by the LAPD, DEA, and United States Postal Service is focusing on uncovering the source of the ketamine. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner had earlier reported finding ketamine in Perry's stomach at levels consistent with general anesthesia doses.

Perry’s death was attributed to the “acute effects of ketamine,” according to a toxicology report disclosed by TMZ .
